Staff and faculty members must therefore enjoy a good reputation so as not to tarnish the institution's image, and they must behave as ambassadors of the center in a respectful manner in all their spheres of activity.

These changes always call for new commitments, and a definite motivation to learn in order to better adapt to new realities. The DHCT is a center in constant mutation.
Keep pace with new technologies. The DHCT was born in the midst of a technological revolution that is having a considerable impact on the course of history. Haiti has missed out on almost every revolution the world has known, and as a result we are the poorest country in the hemisphere. With this slogan, we want to encourage the country's young people and decision-makers to focus on the new information and communication technologies, so that they can finally follow in the footsteps of the various societies that are experiencing growth and development thanks to choices that take account of the world's major changes. It's an alarm that must ring constantly to remind us that we can't miss this revolution.
